Searches: Castallo & Silky has assisted 70+ school boards in the superintendent search process.
A specifically tailored process is developed and implemented in each district to secure a highly qualified district leader.

Training: Castallo & Silky staff provide high quality training for administrative staff in a number
of leadership areas such as personnel utilization, budgeting, visioning, scheduling, planning and staff evaluation.

District Reorganization Studies: Castallo & Silky
has conducted 23 school district merger studies resulting in the formation of four new school districts. In addition, Castallo
& Silky consultants have worked with school districts on grade level reorganization plans, administrative reorganizations,
facility planning, and attendance redistricting studies.

Fast Feedback Surveys: Castallo
& Silky provide school administrators and school boards with a quick way to solicit feedback from their various
constituent groups (faculty and staff, parents, community). Through Fast Feedback Surveys clients can find
out the opinions and views of these various groups. Castallo & Silky will use one of the client's
existing surveys, work with the client to create a specifically tailored survey, or assist the client in selecting one of
the surveys in the Castallo & Silky database. Respondents will be directed to an on-line survey
and all results will be compiled and summarized by Castallo & Silky, then a report will be issued to
the client. You may want to sample one or more of these such as a technology
needs assessment survey of staff, a school
culture survey, or perhaps a community

Administrative
Management Studies: Castallo & Silky associates provide organization surveys to identify efficient and
effective ways to organize and operate central administrative office functions and services of the school district in the
areas of: Central Administrative Organization and Staffing; Budgeting, Purchasing, Accounting and Auditing; and, Board of
Education Policies and Procedures. Associates can provide follow-up staff training and administrative support.
